 special footnote: Battlefield High School (Haymarket, VA $400.00 HOME PICK UP) Freedom High School (South Riding) will have to meet us @ a designated spot for pick up and drop off in Prince William County @ a location of our choosing until further notice with two weeks prior notice with check/contracts/copy of DEC-1 card/copy of forty hr. log in hand prior to the first training class, meaning that the check etc. will have to be mailed in to us and cleared and in writing for all appointments and pick up and drop off arrangements--in writing by e-mail with no exceptions.  No multi-student discounts available.  For example one common pick up and drop off might be my office in Bristow or at the DMV in Manassas or at the intersection of Prince William Parkway and Wellington Rd. @ the Shopping Center where the Food Lion is.  If you need a reason as to why we are servicing this area in this manner please send an e-mail requesting the reason you need to know this and sign your name w/ ph#.

 We Are Not Servicing The Following Areas:  West Loudon County, Fauquier County, Stafford County, Fredericksburg County,  However, upon written request we agree to meet you in another county, for example Potomac Mills Mall or Metro Station. INTERSTATE TRAINING IS AVAILABLE, ie students wanting to learn how to drive from here to Maryland for example.This would be done privately of course and fees would be higher.  E-mail us your request and we will contact you.   

• Full behind-the-wheel education starting as low as $300.00 Prince William, WITH FREE HOME OR SCHOOL PICK UP & DROP OFF. Exception for Haymarket being $400.00//All other counties $350.00 TO INCLUDE FREE HOME OR SCHOOL PICK UP & DROP OFF. (EXCEPTIONS FOR CERTAIN AREAS OF LORTON AND ALEXANDRIA THAT ARE WITHIN A FEW MILES OF THE PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY LINE WITH THE PRICE BEING THE SAME AS THAT OF PRINCE WILLIAM.  MUST HAVE OWNER APPROVAL.    

• Private tutoring is available for teens,  as per the adult rate, due to the fact they are being trained individually rather than in a group, as well as, drive  sixty minute sessions rather than fifty minute sessions. Please refer to "Adult Class/Reg." link.  Please inform us of the age of your student. This applies to anyone under the age of 19. YOU MUST HAVE A (VALID) LEARNER'S PERMIT IN ORDER TO DRIVE.

• The vehicle is equipped with dual controls,(NO DUAL STEERING WHEEL),  CD player, and a cellular phone. In addition, ABS brakes, front/ side curtain air bags, electronic stability control device  and moon roof. Breaks are taken on a regular basis or as needed with no extra charge. Additional training available for one-seventh of the student's contracted price. Discounted package deals available for extra training. PLEASE NOTE THAT NO BELTWAY LESSONS ARE GIVEN IN THE NORMAL COURSE OF EVENTS! SOME PARENTS WANT THIS TYPE OF TRAINING AND SOME DO NOT.  WE UNDERSTAND THE DANGER. 

Unless justified, a fee equivalent to one hour of the student's rate will be billed for canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice. The student will be dropped for repeated missed appointments per written agreement.  JUST PROVIDE US WITH A PHYSICIAN'S NOTE. 

We only need a photo copy of your classroom certificate TO BEGIN  training.   We need   the green DEC-1 card upon graduation,  as per DMV. YOU MUST HAVE THE GREEN CARD IN ORDER TO contract with us, NO EXCEPTIONS! ie CANNOT START IF YOU ARE STILL TAKING THE THEORY PORTION.  JUST HAVE YOUR COUNSELOR E-MAIL US OR CALL US IF YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY GRADUATED, BUT PERHAPS HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR CARD IN MAIL.  footnote:  AS PER THE DMV,  WE NEED A PHOTO COPY OF YOUR LEARNER'S PERMIT WHEN YOU TURN IN YOUR OTHER PAPERS. 

*There is a $30.00 handling fee for cancellation of less than four lessons.   The school must be advised immediately if the student is taking any medication or be advised of any disciplinary problems. Students will be dismissed for not returning phone calls from the driving schools to schedule appointments.  Give us a number that you will answer or that you will return a call from. Making fifty calls to a students house to schedule seven classes is unacceptable.  Telling us on Friday evening your weekend schedule is unacceptable.  If you do not call us by the  middle of the week to set up the weekend schedule consider yourself off until Monday of the following week.  We service Prince William on M/W/F/SAT all other on T/TH/SAT.

YOU ARE REMINDED THAT SOME SCHOOLS OFFER LOWER RATES, HOWEVER, REQUIRE YOU TO DROP YOUR CHILD OFF AND PICK THEM UP AT THE SCHOOLS LOCATION.  SOME CHARGE EXTRA FOR GAS  AND SOME DO NOT HAVE THE DUAL CONTROLS.  WE DO IT ALL FOR YOU FOR ONE FEE!  IT PAYS TO INQUIRE. THE STUDENT STARTS AND FINISHES WITH THE SAME INSTRUCTOR. 

 Payment may be in the form of cash, check (All local banks) or money order only made payable to Michael L. Zollner, Jr., OTHERWISE IT MAY TAKE UP TO ONE MONTH FOR THE CHECK TO CLEAR AND FOR THE STUDENT TO GRADUATE.

 footnote:  EITHER CALL OR REGISTER ON THE WEBSITE PRIOR TO YOUR FIRST CLASS  SO THAT EVERYTHING IS CLEAR.  DO NOT USE ANY OTHER WEBSITE, MAKE SURE BOTH CONTRACTS ARE SIGNED, NO OUT OF STATE CHECKS AND A GOOD PHONE NUMBER TO REACH THE DECISION MAKER.

**Weekend appointments need to be made or requested no later than the Wednesday prior to that weekend OR NO LESSON. STUDENTS NEED TO SCHEDULE THERE CLASS FOR THERE RESPECTIVE AREA ONE DAY PRIOR  AND CONFIRM THE EVENING PRIOR TO THERE CLASS OR NO CLASS.

If your blue slip (180 day license) needs replaced you can either go the dmv or call me @ 703-409-5200--cell/text,  and irregardless there is a fee for this service, as it involves approximately two hours work.  The fee will vary depending on where you live and we will come to your house right away,  as we realize that this is an emergency, but you ought to give us 72 hours so that we can  retrieve your file from the office.  The best way to request this service is by e-mailing us to allstardrivingschool@earthlink.net   Be advised that this is a cash only service please.  thank you for your support. 

 STUDENTS/PARENTS  WHO USE PROFANITY OR  MAKE THREATS TO MIKE ZOLLNER OR ALL STAR DRIVING SCHOOL WILL BE DISMISSED IMMEDIATELY!

 **Student/parents must keep driving school informed as to their daily availability on a perpetual basis via E-MAIL ONLY. **IN ACCORDANCE WITH DMV LAW:  Must have 45 hours of documented practice driving (15 hours must be after sunset) with a parent / mentor.

 ***footnote--it is common that a student will start with 30 hours of practice driving with there parents and finish the remaining hours by the time they graduate.  The remaining hours of driving must be complete by the 6th class or no test date will be scheduled and you may not count the hours from driving school unless they are tutoring hours.   

 No student will be allowed to test and get the license until the forty-five  hours is completed. Teens, including 18 year olds,  may be asked to do tutoring first to detemine if he/she is ready.  Do not confuse the tutoring program with the Teen Licensing Program, that is not the place to put a beginner driver just because it is cheaper.  (AMR) ALWAYS MINIMIZE RISK.  Questions inquire via e-mail. Pricing for tutoring of teen will be the same as an adult and will depend on where you live and and how many hours you sign up for.

• We do not offer driver improvement courses
• We do not offer training in a truck, van, or suv. (200 lb. weight restriction, otherwise price is double the normal price if our car is used).
• We do not teach stick shift behind the wheel training
• We do not have hand controls for disabled students
• We do not teach CDL Driver Improvement courses
• We do not accept smokers
• If you call to register your student, please provide the six Ws
